All charged up and ready to mow

Home ownership has brought on new responsibilities. One of which is gardening and with that mowing our lawn. Many would argue that even maintaining a lawn is not particularly environmentally friendly with the need for constant watering and mowing. While I've decided to keep the lawn, I did opt to purchase a cordless electric lawn mower to try to do a little to keep the environment a little less noisy and a little less polluted.

Now all I need to do is wait for the grass to start growing and I'll throw this baby into action.

Hey. Would like to know how this thing is working out...

The mower is working out quite well. It's relatively quiet (in comparison to gas mowers), I enjoy the lack of smelly emissions, and it cuts well even with relatively long grass. It is easy to raise and lower the mower as it can be done with one simple control to adjust the height of all 4 wheels at once.

I do find the mower quite heavy so if you have much of a grade or a hill on your property, you may have some difficulties.

Charge time seems reasonable but I do try to remember to plug it in the night before I mow the lawn.

Battery life seems good so far, although I tend to just mow either the front or back and I haven't tried mowing everything in one go. They claim the mower is good for 1/3 acre on a single charge.
